smart. you can generate a new SFTP password for your server also if you like from here:
JAMROOM PROFILE -> DASHBOARD -> HOSTING -> SERVER -> SERVER SETTINGS

yeah jamroom side doesnt need your password, just your API key, so if you've changed that and updated you should be good to go.

Let us know if you see anything weird though.

On the bright site, now you know you can send two million emails in a day if you find yourself wanting to :)

Sorry to hear that Strumelia.

Please keep us updated on what you've been recommended to do. I just went there now to change my own password and it seams like that feature is locked at the moment.

New Issue With Video

Installation and Configuration

my suggestion is try jamroom hosting. See if it works there and if it does use that.

You can try a 7 day free trial from your dashboard here:
https://www.jamroom.net/ukdenny/hosting/create

and you can create/check the site on the secondary domain before committing to anything.

New Issue With Video

Installation and Configuration

The performance check shows your server is pretty slow, and the system check shows its using 'lightspeed' when the requirements are for 'apache or ngix' so either of those issues could be related to how long it takes to get the file converted.

You can check at
ACP -> DASHBOARD-> QUEUE VIEWER

to see if the conversion process has finished.

There are others who use lightspeed and some of the issues and solutions are posted in the forum, search for 'lightspeed' to see the results

I've uploaded the video here:
https://justcountry.co.uk/michael/video/16/testing

Take a look at your servers performace report see what it says
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> SYSTEM CHECK

And
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> PERFORMANCE CHECK

Skin Templates

Design and Skin Customization

PatriaCo:.....Bottom-line: no more adding custom tpl files to the skins directory for us. Thanks again Paul for this answer, you have saved us hundreds of hours of work going forward....
The intention of the system is the reverse of that.

It was hoped that the skins would be a starting point that you turn into whatever you want. The skins exist to show off the capabilities of the back end system. No skin shows off all of the possibilities.

You're supposed to build your own stuff and not worry about what the skins are doing after that. Once you clone, make the skin yours and forget about what it was when you started.

I built this site on jamroom: https://aikidotravel.com its never going to get an update from its original skin again. Im thankful the original skin existed to get me started, but from there its time to leave the shoreline behind.

don't give up on it. :)

New Issue With Video

Installation and Configuration

I put the XXXXX in your ftp details as this is a public forum.

I have logged in and downloaded you video. Then uploaded it to my server. It does upload and play fine, so the only difference is the server and the connection to the server.

I can eliminate the upload as an issue by trying to upload it to your site from here. It shouldn't make a difference. Where is your site? I can try uploading from here to there and see if that makes it play.

(or rules out upload connection issues as part of the cause.)
